The first report would be due 180 days after the bill becomes law, with another every two years. Each one would name the groups, describe what they do, and note any use of artificial intelligence. It would also judge how well Homeland Security can spot those threats. And it would say whether the agency can stop group members from entering the U.S. The reports would stay secret, though any member of Congress could ask to read one.
