Veterans Health Care Stamp Act

The U.S. Postal Service would create a special stamp — the Veterans Health Care Stamp — sold at a price slightly above regular postage, with the extra money going straight to the Department of Veterans Affairs to help fund medical care for veterans. It's similar to the semi-postal stamps that have raised money for breast cancer research. The stamp would come out each year in time for Veterans Day, and there'd be no cap on how many can be sold.
