By 2037, the number of people with Parkinson's in the U.S. is expected to nearly double, costing at least $80 billion annually. This resolution supports designating April 2025 as Parkinson's Awareness Month, recognizes the individuals who participate in clinical trials, and commends the organizations and researchers working to find better treatments and a cure.
