Cubin National Historic Trails Interpretive Center. The President signed this law on September 25, 2026. The law changes only the name. It does not change the center's exhibits, staff, or budget. A 1998 law had the Bureau of Land Management (the federal agency for public lands) set up the center. It tells the story of the pioneer trails that met near Casper, such as the Oregon Trail and the Pony Express Trail. Any federal map, rule, or record that names the center now refers to it by the new name.
